Q: _Where is your shop based from? _
A: My shop is based in Indonesia.Q: Do you accept custom design?
A: I don’t do custom/request on the item’s design. Exceptional for the freebies, there are certain item that are allowed for any request.Q: Will you do merch for other artist?
A: Most of my items are merch made for the BTS’ fandom. Sometimes I do free design that is not related to any artist like the Collect Book, but nothing else for now.Q: Is there an offline store for etherealkstuff?
A: Not yet, for now I’m only accepting orders through online. But I do hope I can do offline bazaars if there’s a chance :)Q: I noticed some of your items are already sold out. How do I know if some items will ever do any restock soon?
A: Kindly check my “Shop’s Update & Info” on my carrd’s page, in there I will put the restock date and which item that are no longer in produce.Q: I asked some questions through your overseas Shopee’s page, but the answer sounds like a bot. Is it handled by yourself?
A: My Shopee page except for the Indonesia one is handled by the Shopee team, usually if there are any concerns the Shopee team will relay the message to me, but sometimes they don’t. So if you have important questions, you can directly DM me through my Twitter or Instagram pages for a faster response.
